Booking
All Sessions requires a non-refundable 50% retainer fee at the time of your booking. Note deposits are only transferable 1 time (One) in the event of emergency cancelations and must be 24 hours before intended booking. All balance must be paid in full before session. Bookings should be made a week in advance to assure availability. Payment Options can be made via Bank Transfer and or Cash Drop-off. All bookings will be confirmed once deposits are made only.
Late For Session
Note: There is a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 will be billed. This is to ensure that the photographer and client sessions is conducive for all parties and must be paid before photo production. If you as a client shows up 30 minutes late, please note that your session will be forfeited and you will be asked to reschedule based on CJermiane' Photography appointment scheduler. You will only be allowed to reschedule once after which your payments and session will be forfeited.
Prints
Prints are NOT included in packages with the exception of weddings. Prints are an additional option. Please feel free to inquire on the printing options. All images will be sent via email link.
Turnaround/Storage
Please note that all sessions require a turnaround of 5-7 working business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Expedite turnaround option is available at an additional charge. Note CJermaine Photography will not be responsible for storing your images after 3 months.
